You're a busy parent who wants to lose fat, but doesn't have much time to devote to a workout because you have a
hella busy lifestyle. Errands, work, kids' activities, etc., etc. and the last thing on your mind, yet also the
first thing on your mind (with guilty feelings) is the fact that you can't fit in a quality
I know what you're feeling because I'm just like you.
I'm a busy dad who has trouble finding time on a regular basis to train...and I do this for a living!
The fact that I'm a trainer and personal training studio owner doesn't mean I workout all the time. I fall prey
to the same issues other parents do. I work, work, work, get tired, get stressed, spend as much quality time with
my wife and kids as I can and sometimes that makes it incredibly difficult to find time for a
The solution? Short, intense workouts that fit YOUR schedule. How is that different than anything
else? Most workout programs ask, no demand, you fit your schedule around their workouts, and all that does is set
you up for failure. Why? Because it's impossible to stick to.

Pretty simple...and awesome, right?
Here's the rundown on that fat loss workout program in case you didn't write it down...
Fusion Conditioning Home Workout Program
1A) Jump Split Squat - 12 reps
1B) Push-up w/Shoulder Touch - 12 reps
1C) Medicine Ball Slams - 12 reps
1D) DB or KB Swing - 20 reps
See how that workout uses resistance exercises, while also utilizing full-body "conditioning" exercises? That's
what makes this workout program magical.
You pant like a dog on a hot summer day, your muscles are worked intensely, yet not overly intense, and
you'll see awesome results.
Do that circuit as many times possible in 10-minutes and you're done (after the warm-up).
Or, if you have extra time, you could do it for an extra 5-minutes for a grand total of 15-minutes...
...OR, if you have the time and energy, do that weight loss workout for 10-minutes, rest for a minute and do it
for another 10-minutes!
My favorite is the third option because you get extra intensity, without killing yourself. You'll burn a ton of
calories, work your entire body, increase your energy and have enough energy left in the tank to go on with the
