super easy to do, the other takes a little though. So what's your answer? Do you want to lose weight or lose fat
and keep it off?

I want to ask you an incredibly important question.
It's a question you MUST answer before starting this, or any other fitness and diet program. It doesn't matter
if your goal is to simply lose weight (which is a horrible goal...not specific enough), lose 6 inches off your
stomach while improving your overall strength and having enough energy to play with your kids, or whatever your fat
loss goal may be.
This question must be answered and it must be answered honestly.
