I love doing arms workouts. I love the pump I get
from a smart, planned out arms workout session. I love seeing the veins pop out of my arms like some mysterious
river system exploded from beneath my skin. I love the response it gets from my sexy wife, because she, just like
most ladies, love strong and defined arms.
How about you?
I’m not a bodybuilder, so developing gigantic pipes isn’t my goal, and I’m guessing it’s not your goal
Most guys just want to have bigger, defined and Superhero Strong arms that look good in and out of their shirts.
They want to see some definition in their triceps and want bigger biceps, while also having some definition and
that illustrious "triangle" in their shoulders.
It’s frickin’ awesome!
It’s safe to say that all dads want more workouts that hit the biceps, triceps and shoulders, and want a smarter
and more time efficient way to work their "mirror muscles."
We don’t have time to screw around wondering what the hell’s going to work, and we sure as hell can’t trust the
magazine workouts or other meatheads at the gym to help us because they don’t have our time issues.
Us busy dads need to get in, get strong and move on. We have busy lives and we want to get the most out of our
workouts and our arms are no different.
Take for instance this arms workout video. It will help you get the strong and defined arms and can do it fast –
if you don’t overload your arms by doing it constantly.
