Wanting toned and defined arms, specifically arms that look
better in tank tops and sleeveless dresses, is a pretty common request from my lady
In fact, many of them hold their arms up in the air exclaiming "I want you to help me get rid of THIS!" while at
the same time flapping their arms around as if it’s a swing their baby can play on.
I totally get that. The desire for stronger, toned and defined arms is an admirable one.
From a guy’s perspective, there’s nothing sexier than a woman that looks sexy while wearing a tank top or
sleeveless dress. Seeing toned and strong arms is incredibly attractive – and I know that’s why many ladies want
help in that area.
To help you in your "better arms" quest, I have a sweet little arms workout
video for you. It’s a quick circuit workout that will get you the stronger, toned and defined arms you’re
If you devote a few days a week to this workout, as well as combining it with 1 or 2 more quick circuits, I
think you’ll be pleasantly surprised at the results within a short 4-6 week period of time.
Quick Arms Workout To Lose Arm Fat and Tone Up
This arms workout video is actually a part of a larger program I created where you get to pick and choose
different areas of your body to work.
Not all ladies just want nicer arms – some want a trimmer stomach, while others want a strong and sexy pair or
legs and round booty…
…while others want everything!
The program I was referring to lets you do all that and more...Kinda cool.
I want you to not only watch that arms workout video, but I also want you to try it. It doesn’t work by osmosis
– you have to actually get out and do it…
…and if you do it, I promise you’ll see results. Your arms will be stronger, and more importantly, you will get
rid of the bye-bye arm fat and develop sleek, toned and defined arms and shoulders.
How often would I recommend doing that arms workout?
That really depends on the overall program itself and, more importantly, your current lifestyle. Asking a
super-busy mom to cram a workout in every single day is not going to happen...right?
What I ask my busy mom clients to do is shoot for 3 days per week - any 3 days (meaning it doesn't have to start
Then, once 3-days per week becomes routine, branch out and add another day and devote that to something
specific. For instance, if you're following one of my programs and are doing full-body resistance training 3
days per week, and want to add another day, you could focus on full-body bodyweight cardio for 10-20 minutes - do
this INSTEAD of traditional cardio.
Then, once 4-days per week becomes a habit and routine, and you're not going beyond 20-30 minutes per workout,
add a fifth day and devote it to something like yoga, or another full-body weight loss bodyweight cardio
I don't like it when my mom clients go beyond 5 days per week because it gets to be too much overall.
You're not only trying to improve your figure - lose tummy fat, get stronger, more defined arms and lose inches - but you're trying to
improve your overall lifestyle and rest is incredibly important, especially when you have a busy
lifestyle...like ALL moms have!
